I am a licensed supervisor for LMFT in the state of Oklahoma and specialize in couples therapy and the treatment of people with a sex offense charge. I utilize Carl Whiter Experiential therapy to allow people to become more self aware and challenge themselves to be accountable for their actions.

I hold a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialized focus on military families, particularly those navigating the complex impacts of PTSD. My work is grounded in a systemic perspective and supported by advanced training and certifications in Affirmative Care for LGBT+ individuals and families, Autism, ADHD, EMDR, and sex offense treatment. This combination of knowledge and experience allows me to provide comprehensive, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges.

Monica A. Whitely (previously Brokaw) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma-focused care. She is trained in EMDR, Family Systems Trauma (FST), and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), allowing her to support individuals and families with evidence-based, relationally grounded approaches. Monica also offers faith-based therapy for clients who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into the healing process.

I provide both in-office and telehealth options for therapy.

With 5 years of experience and a passion for ongoing personal and professional growth, I provide a safe haven where Individuals, Couples and Families can shape stable and lasting change, foster an intimate and secure connection with self and others and explore and resolve the deeper emotional pain underlying mood disorders and the reverberations of trauma. Working from an attachment framework and using an integrative approach that combines Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation and mindfulness practices, I empower clients to cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional balance and resilience as they navigate the journey of healing.

Hi, I’m Mara Stevenson—a wife, military spouse, mother, and U.S. Army veteran. I hold a Master of Science in Human Resources and am a National Certified Counselor with one year of experience as a licensed professional counselor under supervision.

I work with all ages ranging between 6 to 60 and mostly see adult women age 20 to 40. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy skills, and internal family systems principles into my work. I accept Medicaid and private pay at $70 a session. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and free consultations for up to an hour to feel out the working relationship and answer any questions you may have about therapy. My style is warm and welcoming, yet direct. I can help you learn acceptance and a deeper appreciation for yourself. I will teach tools, skills, and use exercises that best fit your needs. Patty blends Eastern and Western healing modalities, specializing in Thai Massage, Shiatsu, and Foot Reflexology. She offers personalized massage therapy, small group yoga, and one-on-one sessions, and also facilitates seasonal Yoga and Wellness Retreats in Costa Rica. Her passion lies in educating others about our bodies and supporting the healing of mind, body, and soul through intuitive, restorative care.
